We are a Germany Company under Surteco Group, looking for candidates to fill the following position :

PRODUCTION TEAM LINE LEADER

General Summary :

• Responsible for the safety and productivity of all production line employees on designed shift, as well as plant security.
• Team leader position is accuratable for ensuring that production schedule for completion is executed in a timely manner within all quality parameters and for participation in both the hiring and performance management processes.

Job Description :

• Maintain process & product quality on production line to meet quality spec.
• Set up line capacity, maintain daily output and production time to meet production plan.
• Control machine condition.
• Liaise to maintenace division.
• Perform continues improvement activity in production line
• To control operator performance to achieve production target.
• To check and analyze non conformity product and minimize inferior.

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess above skill.
• 3+ years experience working in manufacturing industry.
• work on shift.
• Minium Diploma degrees Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineer.
• Plastic extrucsion or injection Molding manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good Oral and written in ENglish & Basic understanding of computer.
