Main Job Description

    Planning, executing and reporting on operational, financial, regulatory and compliance related accounting and finance / reviews.
    Analyses and concludes on effectiveness and efficiency of control environment.
    Identify key areas of risk within the organisation and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks.
    Asses, evaluate and promote compliance to internal Policies.
    Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.

General Requirements

    Male / Female, 30-40 years old
    Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, preferably graduated from a reputable University.
    Minimum GPA 3,00
    Has proven minimum 5 - 7 years working experience as Accounting Manager in Property Business.
    Excellent Computer skills (Ms Excel, Word, Outlook Express).
    Excellent Communication skill in English and Mandarin, both oral and written is advantage.

Technical Requirements

    Knowledge in Accounting and Finance.
