Responsibilities:

    Reporting directly to HRD Manager this is a strategic position who will be fully responsible for all the recruitment activities.

Requirements:

    Female, Maximum Age 30 years old;
    Bachelor degree in Psychology, with Psychologist Profession Certification will be advantage;
    Understand psychological assessment;
    Having minimum 2 years work experience as Recruitment Specialist from Retail & Hospitality Industry;
    Good command in English both oral and written;
    Computer literate ( Ms. Word, Ms. Excel );
    Having a good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal skill, confident and self-motivated;
    High capable to work independently as well as a part of team;
    Willing to achieve target recruitment with tight deadline;
    Willing to work under pressure Positive, good manner and performance;
    Responsible for all recruitment & hiring process (job advertisement, selection & hiring);
    Maintain and organize an up-to-date recruitment data recording, monitoring and reporting system;

Expecc is seeking highly qualified a Junior Java Developer. He / She is responsible for the development and delivery of Technology solutions to business issues. It includes full systems project life cycles activities, such as analyzing and documenting business requirements, modeling and designing solutions, testing and implementing bug fixes and new features. The candidate will have a central position on the technology platform, working closely with the Support Team, business analysts and other developers.

Junior Software Developer

Job Description:

The Developer is responsible for the development and delivery of Technology solutions to business issues. It includes full systems project life cycles activities, such as analyzing and documenting business requirements, modeling and designing solutions, testing and implementing bug fixes and new features. The candidate will have a central position on the technology platform, working closely with the Support Team, business analysts and other developers.

Key responsibilities:

    Analyze and coordinate development of bug fixes and enhancements to business-related applications (trading, reporting,client management)
    Assume ownership of particular applications
    Work with the support teams to define priorities
    Ensure that deliveries follow standards, guidelines and steps as defined in the development methodology
    Participate in the user acceptance testing and training of new implementations (including the supervision and preparation of user documentation)

    Familiar with the Agile principles: Scrum, XP


Nice to have:

    Experience with WebLogic Server, Oracle Service Bus, Oracle SOA Suite
