RETAIL SALES MARKETING

Qualification:

    Female, maximum 35 years old
    Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
    At least min. 2 years experience as a Retail / Sales Manager
    Required skill(s): pleasant personality, interpersonal communication, Up Selling Skills, love beautiful things
    Fluency in English both oral and written
    Able to operate computer and knows standard Office application
    Pro-active, Result-Driven and Self-Motivated attitude.
    Preferably have a personal vehicle

Responsibilities:

    Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining sales team.
    Communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
    Maintain current customers, building and maintaining relationship with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
    Recommends product by identifying new product opportunities, surveying customer needs and trends, tracking competitors.
    Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
    Accomplishes sales and company mission by completing related result as needed.
