One of our business units, PT. Great Giant Livestock (GGL) is cattle – fattening business whose purchases domestic cattle and fattens them with pine meal (feed made out of pineapple peel) and other organic materials over a period of 90 to 100 days. GGL also processes pineapple peel, an abundant waste product that is difficult to dispose of, into pine meal for internal use and for export to overseas market, mainly Japan.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:
PRODUCTION HEAD
(to be based in Lampung)
Responsibilities:
Design a dairy processing plant
Manage the installation of UHT / Pasteurization, processing line, aseptic filling machine, warehouse racking system
Develop product recipes, formulation of fresh, UHT and flavored milk and other milk derivatives product such as yogurt, cheese, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in food science or food technology major from highly reputable university
Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years’ experience in dairy product processing. Preferably from Consumer goods industry
Good knowledge in dairy product is a plus
Proficiency in English is a must
Excellent in operating Computer especially Ms. Excel
