One of our business units, PT. Great Giant Livestock (GGL) is cattle – fattening business whose purchases domestic cattle and fattens them with pine meal (feed made out of pineapple peel) and other organic materials over a period of 90 to 100 days. GGL also processes pineapple peel, an abundant waste product that is difficult to dispose of, into pine meal for internal use and for export to overseas market, mainly Japan.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:
LEADERSHIP ACCELERATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MANAGEMENT TRAINEE)
The Program:
The Leadership Acceleration and Development program (LEAD Program) is targeted for graduates who are interested in working in Gunung Sewu Group, across their range of functions.
The program is 12 months’ program and you will be rotated accross department and business units.
The purpose of this program is to create future leaders and successors through leadership acceleration.

Fresh Master degree graduates (MBA, Msc in finance, business, management) from highly reputable University both local and overseas
Age 23 - 27 years old

Have positive impact towards others
Hungry for knowledge and success
Have experience in leading activities
Proficient in verbal and written English
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
